Jeff Montgomery, President
Jeff Montgomery is well-known for his highly-accurate research. Besides over 500 privately-contracted research projects, Montgomery also ten years ago initiated the CENTRAL TEXAS DIRECTIONS project, a survey that twice yearly tests business, social and cultural trends in the five-county metropolitan area. A few years later he added TEXAS DIRECTIONS, a similar annual, statewide survey. His research results from these surveys have been reported by news stations and newspapers across the state, including the Dallas Morning News, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, and the Houston Chronicle.

Montgomery has also done extensive market research for major institutions and Fortune 500 companies including State Farm Insurance, the University of Texas System, the St. David’s Foundation, Southwestern Bell., and Advanced Micro Devices.

An adjunct professor at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Jeff Montgomery received his undergraduate and master’s degrees in rhetoric from Occidental College and speaks frequently about strategy, leadership and public opinion research. He has been featured at a number of workshops, including those sponsored by the John Ben Shepard Public Leadership Foundation, the University of Texas System, the LBJ School of Public Affairs, as well as other business groups and associations.

Kevin Raper, Call Center Manager
Kevin Raper has over 15 years of top-flight call center experience. This includes managing new hire training, quality assurance, operations, and value added process improvement. In addition, Kevin has followed his personal passion by concurrently working in the music industry for 12 years providing audio and lighting engineering services. These two unique paths provide him with a diverse skill set utilizing creative problem-solving in obtaining measurable results. He also possesses a natural ability to troubleshoot and repair IT systems, electronics, and automobiles.

During his call center career, Kevin has held positions of increasing responsibility with Countrywide Home Loans, JCPenney Life Insurance Company, and Daisytek. In his 12 years in the music industry he has had the honor of working with many bands and artists which include Supercell, Miser, Flickerstick, Sugarbomb, Preston Grey, The Dilfs, Andy Timmons, and Patrick Keel.

Kevin has attended Collin County Community College for audio engineering/business of music, and regularly takes continuing education classes to hone his management, communication, and computer networking skills.

Katherine Catmull, Senior Associate
Katherine Catmull has 18 years of experience writing surveys and analyzing their results in reports for scores of organizations and individuals as diverse as the University of Texas System; KVUE-TV, the Austin ABC affiliate; Driscoll Children’s Hospital; the City of Round Rock; and numerous Congressmen, State Senators and State Representatives.

Catmull received her undergraduate degree in English Literature from Reed College, and a master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Texas at Austin.
