Telephone Research Services  

Business to Consumer Research: We have conducted studies for a diverse group of businesses, including many Fortune 500 Companies. This study will provide you with the answers to your research and marketing questions.

Business to Business Research: B2B research is research within a certain business field or business position. Questions are generally related to business or technical topics and these studies are usually conducted during the day hours. Our interviewers are well trained at handling tricky B2B situations such as getting past the “Gatekeeper” (receptionist).

Radio Research: Radio listener identification projects are designed to show what radio stations people are listening to most. This survey’s results will let you see what times of day people are tuning in and how many hours they average listening to the radio on a daily basis.

Other Calling Services  

Focus Group Recruitment. These projects recruit qualifying respondents to take part in a market research focus group. A focus group is an in-depth discussion conducted by a moderator with approximately ten people about a product or service.

Contest Recruitment. These projects recruit qualifying respondents to participate in a business’s promotional contest. Contest entrants are forwarded on to the client for use extremely frequently.



 


Political Services  

Political Voter I.D. Political voter identification identify how registered voters feel about a certain candidate.

Persuasion. Persuasive phone banks call voters identified as "undecided" in a previous Voter ID, and give them information designed to persuade them to vote for a given candidate.

Early Get Out the Vote. In this phone bank, we call a candidate's supporters to urge them to vote early and give them voting times and locations.

Election Day Get Out the Vote. Just like the Early Get Out the Vote project, but held on Election Day. We remind voters of polling locations and times and urge them to vote.

Vote by Mail Follow-ups. We contact voters who are eligible to vote by mail, confirm that they have received their mail ballot request, and urge them to send it in so they can vote absentee.
