Although our focus on quality and training leads to a generally high staff retention rate we do from time to time have openings for new market research phone agents as well as occasional positions for supervisory and quality assurance roles.
Telephone agents conduct telephone-based market research, opinion polls, political calling, and radio research. We do not do telemarketing – we never sell or ask for donations, nor do we work on any projects dealing with money. Agent shifts are 4-5 hours in length and consist of outbound calling of respondents (processed automatically through out predictive dialer system) using a computer-based calling script. Because the needs of our clients vary, we operate on an extended hours including nights and weekends when appropriate. Agents are required to work between 16 and 29 hours per week. Our focus on quality means that agents receive both an initial paid training of 3-4 hours as well as ongoing training and quality coaching. Because of our focus on quality, we do not enforce quotas and agents are assessed on the quality of the research they gather and not the quantity of people they speak with.
We prefer that agents are bilingual in English and Spanish but are happy to receive applications from any qualified individual.
